Complete Home Contracting requires a signed contract and deposit, before beginning most jobs. This is for the protection of the client as well as us. Payment terms, including deposit amount, are laid out in the terms of the contract. In most cases, the amount is set up to cover the costs of any initial material order, as well as the start of labors. In certain situations, as with a small job that will only require a few hours of work/ minimal material expenses, work will be done in accordance with a work order, which will require full payment upon completion.
With over 30 years of experience in home remodeling and renovation, Complete Home Contracting has done a wide range of projects in a variety of environments. We have expertise in working in historic and older homes, which have a unique protocol that must be followed, as well as newer homes. View our image galleries, as well as our Transformation Video where you can view many of our past projects. We can provide more specifics about experience related to your individual scope of project if requested.
Complete Home Contracting will work with you to set up working times that are mutually optimal. Per the terms of our contract, we work on available, scheduled work days, (Monday through Friday) between the hours of 7:00am to 4:00pm, unless agreed otherwise.
Complete Home Contracting will provide a written estimate for project cost, with a time limit to accept. This is due to the volatile nature of supply chains for several of our building materials. If approval or acceptance of terms goes beyond stated timeline, estimates may need to be recalculated and resubmitted for review and approval. An estimate is provided in total for outlined labor and specified materials. Any further breakdowns may be provided after under contract, if requested.

Any sub-contractors working under the umbrella of Complete Home Contracting are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner, respecting your property and person while they are in your home.
Jesse, the owner of Complete Home Contracting, is available either on site during your job or reachable by mobile phone or email. He will reach back out as soon as it is possible during normal business hours, unless it is an emergency requiring immediate response.

Complete Home Contracting is bonded in several communities. As each municipality has different bond requirements, based on type of work, we will adhere to the municipality’s bond requirements if not already covered.
If you have a vendor or contractor that you would like us to work with, Complete Home Contracting will do our best to accommodate that request. However, it should be noted that we are blocking off calendar time on our schedule based upon our internal calculations of the time of performance, and if another vendor or contractor is not able to work within our time frame, Complete Home Contracting will update pricing to ensure that we are properly compensated for man hours lost.
Complete Home Contracting is happy to provide you with a list of client references that you can contact regarding past projects. Many of our clients have done multiple projects with us through the years. We can provide phone or email dependent on each clients’ comfort level with sharing personal contact information.
While working on your project, we will make every effort possible to leave home in as livable condition as we can on a nightly basis. We will use tarps/drop cloths to the area of labors, keeping doors closed and cleaning of floors to a broom-swept level.
